We have been awarded the ‘reduced salt award’ for exceeding the Food Standards Agency 2012 salt targets in bread.

We use no sugar. Just flour, water, fermented flour (flour and water!) and salt.

We are living proof that bread can contribute to wholesome healthy diet. Do contact us if you would like more information or have special requirements. We are usually able to bake to order.
